Every state has its own rules. Some need a license, some don’t. There’s union and non-union, trade school and apprenticeships, and programs that cost anywhere from $0 to $16,000. Most guidance counselors can’t explain it. Most parents can’t either. The real answers are buried in government PDFs and Reddit threads.
So we built the map.

We’ll get you ready for your EPA 608. That’s the federal certification you need before you can legally work on refrigerant, and it’s the first real door into HVAC.
And when you’re ready to work, we help employers who are short of techs find you.
We started with HVAC for two reasons. EPA 608 is the one certification that works in all fifty states. And the companies hiring HVAC techs can’t find enough of them.
Employers pay. You don’t.
Your roadmap, your exam prep and your record are free, and they stay that way. There’s no paid plan and nothing to upgrade to. Employers pay us when we find them someone good. That’s how this works.
